Outsourcing Production Coordinator |

| This position will act as a liaison between BSA LifeStructures (Indianapolis, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois) and TRC India (Bangalore, India) for the coordination and management of a CAD resource group, who will be involved in the preparation of various architectural and engineering CADD drawings. This position is responsible for maintaining the successful connectivity between BSA LifeStructures and TRC India, as the future outsourcing and business relationship between corporations continues to develop and expand. Supervisory Responsibilities: -Experience in personnel supervision, includes coordinating and managing the efforts of others -Ability to communicate effectively with consultants and co-workers -Ability to present comfortably in front of consultants, co-workers, and clients -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Ability to function as a contributing team player on multiple projects consecutively -Ability to work well independently with all levels of management -Ability to prioritize tasks, resolve problems, and follow through with complete solutions -Strong listening, judgment, oral communication, and organizational skills Principal Duties and Responsibilities: -Coordinate and monitor technical aspects of tasks related to multiple projects -Delegate work to personnel within resource group -Work closely with personnel from other departments / disciplines / consultants to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements -Monitor ongoing progress toward deliverable schedules -Define, maintain, and enforce individual project standards -Review all documents prepared for each project before final delivery to client |

| Education/ Experience Required: -Degree in related field required -Minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field Flexible Working Hours: -Willingness to establish flexible work hours, which function for both Indianapolis and India's professional workdays Computer Proficiencies Required: -Microsoft Windows Environment -AutoCAD Building Systems (2007 knowledge preferred) and/or Architectural Desktop -Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook |
